A better bond with your baby through the butterfly kiss

Do you have some quality time with your child in between? Then try the butterfly kiss.
It is only for parents and possibly grandparents because it is just like a real kiss but on the feet.

The butterfly kiss is a feather-light massage technique used in baby reflexology.

The butterfly kiss effect

The effect of the butterfly kiss is that you form an even deeper bond with your baby.
The butterfly kiss also relaxes and reassures your child. At the beginning of the video below you can see that the feet that are not being touched are still in an 'active' state. As soon as I start the butterfly kiss, you can see my son's foot relax.

How to do the butterfly kiss

Smooth the bottom of the foot with the back of your hand. Start at the heel and iron towards the
toes. Then continue on the top of the foot. Iron there with the palm of your hand
over the top of the foot. Start at the instep (ankle) and stroke towards the toes. The
The ironing direction is therefore always upwards.
Repeat this action 3 times per foot.
